We listen, act, and transform

I work in an open-ended environment. There is no contract or set number of sessions. Therapy should be flexible, and everyone's frequency is different. Most people notice growth within 10 sessions. In our work together, clients often gain more awareness and self-acceptance and learn to feel comfortable being their authentic selves. A session might look like us exploring the past (but not getting stuck there), understanding what is going on in the present moment (identifying your needs), and how to move forward into the future (by creating meaningful and realistic goals).
